Does it pay for itself?
Premium costs about the price of one hour's labour a month. If GASpilot wins back a single lapsed annual service, gets one invoice paid a week sooner, or saves you one wasted trip to the merchant — it's paid for the month. Everything after that is profit.
Pricing questions, answered straight
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Sign up with just your email and use everything for 60 days. We only ask for payment details if you decide to subscribe.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account moves to GASpilot Lite, which is free for as long as you like: 10 domestic certificates (CP12) and 10 invoices a month, plus your customers, quotes, calendar and reminders. Nothing is deleted and nothing pauses. Need more? Upgrade to Standard or Premium from inside the app at any time.
What does Lite not include?
Unlimited certificates and invoices, the other certificate types (LPG, T&P, Non-Domestic, Catering, warning notices), Breakdown AI, automated SMS reminders, online booking, card payments and the Business Analysis page. Each of those shows an upgrade prompt on Lite; your allowance resets on the 1st of every month.
Can I cancel?
Yes — subscriptions are managed by card through Stripe and you can cancel from inside the app at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can export your data to CSV whenever you like.
Monthly or annual — what's the difference?
Same features either way. Annual billing just works out cheaper per month (£9.99 vs £11.99 on Standard, £15.99 vs £17.99 on Premium).
Standard or Premium?
Standard covers the essentials for a solo engineer: CP12 certificates, invoicing, diary and customer records. Premium adds the other certificate types (LPG, T&P, Non-Domestic, Catering, warning notices) and the growth tools — Breakdown AI, automated reminders, online booking and card payments. Try both during the trial; every feature is unlocked.
